With over 12 years of experience in all aspects of workplace learning and performance, she provides the creative solutions that help your employees to be successful in their roles.
Prior to founding The Gonet Group, Amy crafted training and development programs for a publicly held $1.2 billion specialty retail company with 15,000 employees, 400+ franchisees and 3,500+ North American locations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, is actively involved in several industry groups, and is a self-pronounced “learning junkie”.
