The method of delivery can make or break your training. We help you to select the best training method based on your budget, company culture, and learning environment. In most cases, we recommend a combination of training and follow-up methods to enhance learning transfer.
When choosing a training delivery method, we look at:
- Pros and cons of various vehicles and media – human, paper, audio, video, web
- Learning environment – in the training room, at their desks, on the floor
- Preparation and communication required
- Logistics – where associates are located, how many learners will participate
- Technology – access to software and systems
- Presentation skills needed – internal trainers, external trainers, self-directed learning
